Restaurant took more than 1.5 hours to prepare my order. And zomato took half hour more to deliver the order as it was a multi order. And there was no option to cancel. I called the restaurant about the order, and a lady picked up the call and asked me to be understanding as there was rush at the restaurant. No apologies for the delay or anything.
