Honestly the best fish and chips I’ve had outside of UK or aus - and I’ve had fish and chips in ten countries and three times in India now so the best in India too. They’re sooo good - perfect batter , a little sandwich for your chip butty , smashing mushy peas and not French fries thank god ! Also - vinegar ! Actual malt vinegar literally the best . Thank you guys for making the effort to get this legend of a dish right ! Sauce selection also spot on and even better than UK as you can ask for chilli too and incredible curry sauce of course if needed. Cheers ! I had the pleasure of dining at (we call it Raja's resto in Goa, and it was an unforgettable experience! The ambiance was a perfect blend of cozy and elegant, with soft lighting and a sea breeze adding to the charm. The staff was incredibly warm and attentive, ensuring we were comfortable throughout our meal. Now, the food—absolutely divine! We tried the seafood platter, and every bite was bursting with fresh flavors. The Goan prawn curry was rich and aromatic, perfectly complemented by steamed rice. The cocktails were refreshing, and the dessert, a classic bebinca, was the perfect sweet ending. Overal, rajas resto offers top-notch hospitality, mouthwatering dishes, and a relaxed yet refined atmosphere. A must-visit for anyone in Goa! Will definitely be coming back.
