Dal was good but bati was a little burnt they fulfill any extra requirements like I ask to make it little spicy hope next time bati will be more good

Dear Customer, Thank you for your suggestion. However, it is not possible to make the litti spicier as we follow a standard operating procedure to cater to all customers, not just one individual. We maintain a unique SOP for consistency. Preparing litti is a long-term process that takes 3 to 4 hours. The litti is grilled, not burnt, to achieve a smoky taste. We can adjust the level of smokiness or slight charring according to customer instructions when they place the order
