Worst palace in Darjeeling to have dinner uneducated staff they don't know how to talk with customers worst customer service i had ever faced. also when you are with family don't go this location because it's a bar for drunkers not a family restaurant there many more restaurant near mall road go there instead of this location

Asked to change dirty water twice filled up from the basin . Then asked to change the music he refused then asked to turn off the music. Don't know what type of grudge they have. After we decided to leave that place and they started hitting us with the whole staff. No recommended for a family friendly and peaceful person

This hotel is near the mall. But you have to go down a little bit on a paved road which is not very comfortable for the elderly. The hotel service is very bad and the staff is very rude. The water system is very poor.Moreover, the hotel's rent is also very high. It is better for middle-class Bengalis not to stay in this hotel.
