Pathetic food and even worse service. Even owner sitting on billing desk is not responsive. They should learn how to serve and cook. Gravy was stale and smelly. Now comes to his reply. 1) owner is very good at maths. We were 8 adults +2 kids. Not 12 pax. 2) he told that we shared 2 thali between 12 so kindly see the bill attached in review. We already ordered another so many items but due to his bad attitude and service, my sister and mother didn't eat. We ate at another place after this pathetic experience. 3) You have another space on 1st floor. When we came, you told waiting is going on. We checked that so many sitting was empty on 1st floor. After 27 minutes you gave us sitting which was dirty at all. After so many call your hardworking staff came to do a favour and cleaned the table. 3) even the best part was while eating your amazing food,we saw other customers yelling at your staff for taking so long time.where your 4 tables were empty. On your ground floor premise, you know very well how many table are there. 4) At the time of billing I expressed my concern that my family member not eat food due to delay you neither see eye to eye nor express regret which you shared here that festival time and rush blah blah where we know that half dining hall was empty. 5) Even you have no courtesy to say your side at that time. ( Oh sorry you were busy in minting money that time I forgot). I know what hospitality is a word and I shared my opinion on this platform because generally I prefer to go places which are having good reviews. I shared because of public concern that if you are coming this place you have to bare this type of consequences. Because owner will never say or feel regret of his own side and give his "GYAAN" on this platform. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹1,800–2,000 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The worst service is that of the restaurant and the food is even worse. Although the manager was there, he didn't care whether the service was being done or he didn't tell him, he had no reaction. Complete waste of money and time. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
