Come to this restaurant to have a meal if you feel hungry after gazing at Mahanirban Math. If you have never tasted Chinese and Sichuan cuisines, you should order a table at Lepcha’s. The recipe for success of this place is its nicely cooked fried chicken, momos and crabs.
This spot provides food delivery for the convenience of its clients. A number of visitors note that the staff is gracious here. Fine service is a strong point that plays a great role for the success of this restaurant. When you enter this place, you notice the homey atmosphere. But google users haven't given Lepcha’s a high rating.

Did not have super high expectations going in, but was pleasantly surprised by their momo. Nice, juicy and meat filled momo are always a treat. Their chutney is not a typical momo chutney, I found it to be rather similar to biryani ka saalan; although somehow it works and paired well. However I would say it’s more of a takeaway joint. I would strongly advise the host to hire better staff. (Rated 5*) Edit: Went back to try Pork Momo. It wad out of stock. Ordered Kung Pao Chicken and Chicken Momo. KP Chicken came to our table quite fast, but was underwhelming and a bit salty. They made us wait around a half hour for the chicken momo. Had to leave, hence asked them to parcel it at that point. Despite the delay being on their end, they were quick to charge us a packaging charge. Momo wasn’t as good as the first day. Dine- in area is really shabby and rather unclean. Kitchen cleanliness is nothing to write home about either. Overall a mismanaged enterprise. Visited Lepcha’s recently after hearing all the hype around their Kolkata’s Biggest Momo, and let me tell you — it truly lives up to the name! The giant momo was an absolute showstopper — soft on the outside, generously stuffed with juicy chicken, and served with spicy chutneys that packed a punch. It was not just a dish, it was an experience! But the magic didn’t stop there — we tried several other items from their menu and each one had its own flavour story. The Pahari Chicken Momos were spicy little bombs, perfect as starters. The Chicken Pahari Ramen had comforting broth and tender chicken, ideal for noodle lovers. I was really impressed by their Crispy Chicken — super crunchy, well-seasoned, and addictive. The Fish Wonton Fried was light and crisp, with a soft, flavourful filling that seafood lovers will appreciate. Their Chicken Breakfast Platter was surprisingly satisfying — loaded and hearty. The Chinese Bhel was a crunchy Indo-Chinese twist and finally, the Classic Chicken Momos gave us that perfect OG end to our momo journey. The ambiance was casual and clean, service was quick, and the prices are reasonable for the portion sizes. Lepcha’s definitely deserves its fame and is a must-visit spot for all momo and street food lovers in Kolkata. Highly recommended if you’re looking to explore something beyond the usual momo fare!
