Dear Mr. Gopal Mundhada, I would like to state just two things regarding your review: 1) WE HAVE NEVER HAD WATER ON THE MENU: Since the inception of the brand in 2019 we have never sold water bottles and you may validate the same through Zomato. Therefore, a part of your review that states 'Disclaimer- Buy normal water, bottle costs Rs60' surprisingly seems invalid/vague. 2) AMBIENCE? WE ARE A CLOUD KITCHEN! I would like to emphasize on the fact that every order, since the year 2019 (personal/Zomato/Swiggy) gets picked up at the entrance of a residential building. Thus you mentioning 'ambience' isn't valid. We have absolutely no dine-in facility for our customers. Therefore the remaining part of your review i.e food and service seems very much questionable to us. We acknowledge that your review stands in the midst of an experience not provided our brand.
