Hotel placed in best location , near to NH , to go to Hubli , Mumbai, Goa or to Mangalore via Ankola. Room charges are reasonable. They too have a good family restaurant .

It's an average hotel. Old styled rooms. Furnitures and fixtures have become old. Even the beds. If you need hot water need to waste more than two buckets of cold water. But still didn't get hot water. Please upgrade.
