They have variety in food..quality is ok..bt once I got hair in my biryani and in replacement they asked me to order another dish but took payment of both biryani and the replacement dish.. Today they served burnt naan...fully black ....when ordered through zomato...

I would like to share that my experience with Lemonade Hotel has been very disappointing. The service has not felt trustworthy at all. Food is often delivered incorrectly, and instead of replacing it, I am told that I will receive an offer next time. However, that promise is never fulfilled and excuses are made. This has already happened twice, which makes it even more frustrating. I expect better service and accountability from your team. Kindly look into this matter seriously and ensure such experiences are not repeated in the future.
