Had 2 night stay from 25-27 Jan, the property is old, small and not maintained. Though I was upgraded to higher category pool view room without asking but bathroom was shabby and had broken/rotten wood work on basin. I was charged service charge at booking and on confirmation mail I was informed I can get it refunded by asking Manager at property, though process of getting refund was intentionally made complex where you need to give bank details and it will 8-10 working days for refund or you can just order service and it will get adjusted in that. Seems like whole thing is designed so that guest is better off by spending that money on food at property. Breakfast spread was limited and sometime items were quite bad like extremely dry poha. Though staff was courteous and friendly but property needs some serious upgrade. Would not recommend if you are paying 6k or above Rooms: Property is old and rooms were not maintained Walkability: Not walkable from public transport services Rooms: 3 Service: 4 Location: 4 Hotel highlights: Great view
