My experience was worse. The staff seemed disorganized, inattentive, and unprofessional. Simple requests took a very long time, and there was no sense of urgency or courtesy. Instead of being hospitable, the service felt careless and dismissive.I would not recommend Lemon Tree Hotel to anyone looking for good food and decent service. Service: 1

The hotel is nice, clean, and located in a quiet area near the lake. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall service was good. A comfortable stay and a place I would recommend if you want to stay near the city center. Service: 5
