Stayed at the LemonTree, Ulsoor Lake, Bangalore and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience. I found a cockroach in the bathroom, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel stay and raises serious concerns about hygiene and room maintenance. The room overall felt poorly maintained, uncomfortable, and not worth the stay at all. That said, the only positive part of my stay was the staff member Pallavi from the in-room dining/restaurant team. She was extremely sweet, kind, quick with service, and genuinely hospitable. Her attitude and professionalism were the only redeeming factor during my stay, and she truly deserves appreciation. Apart from her service, the rooms, cleanliness, and overall experience were very disappointing. I would not recommend this property unless major improvements are made in hygiene and upkeep.
