Report incorrect information
Later I just checked my Honda Connect app and realised that the Valet turned the AC on and engine was running for almost 30mins. I wrapped up my meeting and brought to the notice at the front desk. Later the engine was turned off.
They brought the car up from the basement parking and while I handed over the car I turned off the AC and to my surprise the AC was on with change in the AC settings also.
It was a ridiculous experience and the manager didn’t have courtesy to even get back and admit the valet was at fault.
It’s not a safe place to handover the car to the valet at this hotel, there might be other things valet might do with the car. I am mostly very generous with the valet but if people are misusing the kindness then god help them.
Thanks to Honda Connect App I realised they did this.
