Had a stay in Lemon tree hotel for 2 days. The location is awesome. River Koshi at the backside of this hotel increases the beauty of this place. But the service provided is not that like a 5 star hotel. Few points to list - the phone in the room was not working, it took us time to connect with the reception from my mobile as no one was picking up the call. The house keeping was not done properly. Things like placing towels, water bottles were not done. We had to call the reception multiple times to remind them of these basic things. Service: 2

Staying here was a dream. The scenic views and the sounds of nature were so soothing. The resort is beautifully maintained and blends seamlessly with its environment. We all enjoyed having high tea, breakfast and dinner at their restaurant located near river side

We had a great stay at Lemon Tree premier Jim Corbett. Their hospitality and food is amazing. Most importantly the staff is kind and courteous. We planned our safari in the morning around 5.30 am. We requested them for the arrangement of breakfast if we got late. They immediately agreed. We finished the safari around 12pm. And still got our breakfast and that too hot food with a smile on the face. Even during checkout as we had an early flight they arranged BF for us in the morning at 6.30am. Thank you for the nice gesture. Highly recommended.
