Today I went to lemon tadka restaurant with my family, (Date - 16/01/2026, time - 14:20) there I ordered chicken biryani, Biryani was served so cold, that it seems, the biryani was kept outside for many hours. I ate biryani with my family, that too without complaining to anyone. At the time of billing at the billing counter i gave the feedback to female wo was taking care of the counter, she respond to me stating, Sir if you had told us this earlier, we would have serve it to you hotly. My question is whether the customer will get the hot food only after the feedback. (in my case). This was my first experience in this hotel, and it also turned out to be very bad. Food: 1

Star dekh ke meko lga ki khana achchha h but dosa meko maja nahi aaya and idli to bkwash tha but place achchha h
