I’ve had good experiences at other outlets of Lekshmi Edibles, but the one at Puthoor was a disappointment. The biryani was a total flop—just rice with a few pieces of chicken, no taste, no masala. It seemed like it had been pre-packed and left on the counter. I informed them the next day, but no one seemed to care. The restaurant area itself was poorly maintained, with cleanliness being a serious issue, especially the wash area, which was disastrous. The only positive note was the service boy, who was very friendly and good with customers. Unfortunately, that wasn’t enough to make up for the overall experience.
