1 Star Extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I had placed an order well in advance, but Lekker Baker cancelled it at the last moment—without any valid reason or apology. This last-minute cancellation completely ruined our celebration plans. No respect for customer’s time, no accountability, and zero professionalism. I trusted them for an important occasion, and they failed miserably. Avoid this place if you value reliability and good service. I’ll be sharing my experience across my social media and among my circle to ensure others don’t go through this. Service: Takeaway

I understand that you are upset but lying is not the way to go. You sent advance at 7:25pm for a cake that you require at 10am the next morning. I simply mentioned that it would not be possible for us to make it at this time. If you had sent the advance even by 6pm, we would have prepared the cake. 7:30 is our closing time.

RUDEST OWNER I’VE EVER ENCOUNTERED – RUINED A CHILD’S BIRTHDAY! If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is a disaster in the name of a bakery. I placed an order well in advance for my daughter’s birthday cake – confirmed everything. But on the day of the celebration, they cancelled it at the last minute, showing absolutely no responsibility or professionalism. When I tried to talk to them, the lady owner behaved shockingly rude, hung up mid-conversation, and instead of apologizing, she blamed me for “shouting” when I reacted in frustration. Yes, I got upset – who wouldn’t, after having a child’s birthday ruined? Her tone, arrogance, and complete lack of empathy were disgusting. She even had the audacity to say “as you wish, ma’am” as if people’s emotions and special occasions mean nothing. This is NOT just bad service – this is emotional damage and public humiliation. I’ve never written a review like this before, but this was so horrible, I feel obligated to warn others. DO NOT TRUST THIS BAKERY FOR ANY IMPORTANT OCCASION.
