Very poor experience at Leela Sandwich. There is no proper system for managing lines or tokens, people just walk in from any direction to place orders, while those waiting patiently are ignored. The person taking orders is rude, lacks basic manners, and doesn’t care about customers. Prices are quite high, and the taste doesn’t justify the cost. On top of that, the shop is located right near a circle, which causes unnecessary chaos and traffic jams. It’s surprising how such mismanagement is tolerated.
