I recently had the pleasure of staying at this amazing resort, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! The ambience and location are truly top-notch. The service was incredibly fast and efficient, making our stay even more enjoyable. The food was absolutely delicious, with amazing quality and taste. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay, and I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a wonderful getaway. Service: 5

1. We reached early as I had an online hearing to attend, vicky at the reception was super helpful and obliged us with an early check-in. Also we were upgraded to better view rooms for nominal additional price. 2. The property is at a great location, adjacent to club Mahindra and opposite marriott. Mountain view. Speak to the hotel directly to choose the room category in terms of full/partial view. 3. The architecture, facade, decor and room amenities at the property are top notch. Has a lift. It is a small property with just 12 rooms and thus the boutique look makes it stand out. 4. Food, hospitality, courtesy and service are superior than most of the 5 star properties. Food is delicious and hygienic, purely vegetarian, with the option of ordering nonveg from outside if required for which the property provides separate disposable cutlery for convenience. 5. The view from superior crest rooms is majestic and they have bathtubs. 6. They have quite a few indoor activities for children. 7. The entire staff is responsive and courteous. Special mention for vicky the team leader, and imran and anamul at the restaurant. One of our family members was fasting on Tuesday and having become aware, the restaurant staff ensured that appropriate dishes were made available for her by the chefs. Our gratitude for them as also the chefs. 8. The pool is very clean and well maintained, the rooftop and reception area have beautiful gazebos. The landscape and beautiful horticulture give the property an exotic look. 9. The property is on main panchgani mahabaleshwar road with excellent location and accessibility. The market and maintown are about 10-15 mins away in terms of a car drive. It was a pleasure to stay at this property, we wish the owners and the staff all the best and hope they will maintain the same standards of hygiene, cleanliness, hospitality and service!! Service: 5

We had a worst experience staying in this hotel. The reason being. 1. It is overly priced. The hotel management is looting us in the name of the resort. It is a hotel and not a resort. Also it is very small. 2. The furniture in the room is broken. When I inquired about the broken furniture, I got the reply that it is "modern day design" 3. We ordered veg biryani and on the same night i started feeling vomitting sensation. The next day when I told the person sitting in the reception, he gave me a weird reply that due to weather I felt sick. 4. Items in the breakfast is very limited and this hotel is highly overpriced. 5. The table tennis bat is damaged, no proper sitting area, less of parking space. My sincere request to all my dear friends to avoid such kind of place as it may spoil your vacation. Service: 3
