I recently booked a room at Country Club Lee Crysstal - Boutique Hotel, and my experience was extremely disappointing. Firstly, the pictures on the booking site were completely misleading. The actual state of the rooms was far from what was advertised. The rooms were extremely dirty, with dust everywhere, and the bathrooms were unhygienic and poorly maintained. The worst part of my experience was the interaction with the hotel staff. The receptionist, who was from North India, was extremely rude and unhelpful when we requested to cancel our booking. Instead of assisting us, they made the situation more difficult and unpleasant. Booking through Agoda further complicated the cancellation process. Both the hotel and Agoda provided conflicting reasons and passed the responsibility back and forth, making it incredibly frustrating to resolve the issue. It took multiple attempts and a great deal of stress to finally get the matter sorted out. Given the poor quality of the rooms, the lack of cleanliness, and the unprofessional behavior of the staff, I can confidently say that this hotel is not worth the price.
