I am Lebanese and I ate at Lebanese Bites yesterady...This is the most authentic real Lebanese flavor I ever had. I had the Hummus Btta heene) known as Hummus in the west, which was perfect , just the right amount of tahini, garlic, lemon juice and real extra virgin olive oil on top, most authentic Lebanese tasting Hummus. I also had the Kafta which was also just right, even the Lebanese salad was just right as well. It proves t me that it was cooked by Mr Faheem Ali th owner/chef who was trained by a real Lebanese chef...No wonder Mr Faheem's Lebanese Restaurant is so successful...more success Mr Faheem because you earned it.
