At Le Gourmand, we always strive to deliver products that delight our customers, and it’s disappointing to know that your experience fell short.We’d like to clarify a few things respectfully. When you contacted us prior to placing the order, we did share the list of ingredients used in our keto cake, as we understand how important transparency is, especially with dietary preferences like keto.Regarding the size, the description on our aggregator platform does suggest it 'serves two' (which we understand can be subjective); a standard portion size for a rich, nutrient-dense keto dessert. While it may appear small, it is thoughtfully crafted for controlled portions, as is typical in keto baking. We also want to address the misunderstanding around our conversation — at no point did we dismiss your concerns or tell you to “write whatever you wish.” We simply said, politely, that we understand your dissatisfaction in respect of our pricing and the received quantity of our keto cake and that it does reflect the quality of ingredients we use at our kitchen and if you’re not satisfied, you are welcome to share your honest feedback. We highly value your suggestion to include macros for our keto customers to plan their diet accordingly and will reflect that in our menu description at the earliest. We take immense pride in the quality of ingredients we use, especially for specialised products like our keto range.
