I came across a beautiful almond flour gluten-free cake on Le Petit Four’s Instagram from five years ago and instantly knew I wanted it for my father’s birthday. I reached out and spoke with Mohammad, who informed me they had stopped making that particular cake. But after I shared how special it was for us, he graciously agreed to recreate it and even customized it further by topping it with fresh fruits, just as I had requested.
