Went there for a family dinner and got a masterclass in patience. With just one captain and two servers handling multiple tables, we were lucky enough to wait 15 minutes just to place an order—and another 10 minutes for water. But hey, who needs water first when you can start with masala papad, right? Ordered a simple chicken kurchan boneless—but clearly, “boneless” is just a suggestion here. When we pointed it out, the captain casually mentioned it actually comes with bones and he “forgot” to inform the chef. Impressive coordination. The chicken itself? Felt less like food and more like chewing rubber. Complained again, got another polite “sorry,” and a replacement along with a “complimentary” sizzling brownie—which, surprise surprise, was neither sizzling nor enjoyable. Cold, bitter brownie, topped with ice cream, served on a pan that had clearly forgotten what heat feels like. All in all, if you’re looking for slow service, confused staff, and disappointing food, Le Parc is the place to be. Otherwise, you might want to save your time, money, and appetite.
