During New year they charged heavily, we were left with no choice paying 2k per night. Hotel is in basement with no ventilation. I would recommend to opt this hotel as your last option

It's a bit expensive for that locality. Last time when we visited pondy, we stayed in Anna Salai for the same price and got a bigger and better room. We stayed in AC rooms and they are like in basement and no ventilation and some smell was present when we went in.
