It's great to taste Chinese cuisine. Food delivery is a big benefit of this restaurant. Being at Grand Hayal Restaurant, order perfectly cooked chicken biryani, chicken curry and beef. You will be offered delicious lime juice or good tea.
Most reviewers consider the staff pleasant. People say that the service is fine here. According to the guests' opinions, prices are reasonable. I am writing this review with immense disappointment regarding the behavior of a specific staff member. This used to be my daily tea spot, a routine I truly enjoyed, but I have been forced to stop due to an unacceptable customer interaction. The individual in question has demonstrated a severe lack of professionalism and courtesy. Specifically, I witnessed (and was subject to) him using inappropriate and bad words directed towards Mallu (Malayali) customers. This kind of xenophobic or simply disrespectful language has absolutely no place in a public service environment. For a business to thrive, it must be welcoming to all patrons. The management needs to understand that appointing individuals who treat customers this way at a public-facing position is directly detrimental to the shop's reputation and business. This kind of behavior not only drove me away but will undoubtedly discourage others. I strongly urge management to investigate this matter immediately and take appropriate action. A great product (like your tea) cannot compensate for such a terrible customer experience. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

It's a good place. There are a few combos that are a steal for the price, but never got the chance to try 'em. The tea shop in the front yard is great. You can find great tea and snacks here. Give it a try, you might like it. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
