Pathetic Food!! Used to be very good. Had an excellent experience when I visited this place last time 3 years ago. But the food has changed completely. Chicken was too hard and smelly. Malai chicken tikka was red with loads of cream on it. And was terrible in taste as well. Just had one bite and gave up. We went there to celebrate a relative's birthday but gave up and left after just ordering starters. The person serving the food was good and was trying his best to handle the situation but the chef needs to be replaced badly. Disappointing Experience at Dear gate to goa I recently visited your establishment on 17/11, and I felt compelled to share my disappointing experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was far below expectations. Once seated, the delay in taking our order was frustrating, We also noticed that the staff seemed disorganized and inattentive, making it difficult to get any assistance when needed. Overall, I left the restaurant feeling unsatisfied not only with the food but with the service as well. I had higher expectations given the positive reviews, but sadly, my experience did not reflect that standard.
