1/5 — Deeply Disappointed I have been visiting this restaurant for years with my family, mostly for takeaway orders. But today’s experience was shockingly disrespectful and has completely changed our opinion of this place. We placed an order worth ₹800 and were waiting outside. While my sister and I were talking, my father walked up to join us. The shopkeeper took one look at him and shooed him away as if he were a beggar. This was extremely hurtful and humiliating. My father is a simple, hardworking man, and no human being deserves to be treated like that. When I confronted the shopkeeper later, he didn’t even apologize. For a place that identifies as a Muslim-owned restaurant, this behaviour goes completely against the values of respect and dignity our faith teaches. Judging someone by their appearance is unacceptable. After years of being loyal customers, we will never be returning. ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED. NO BASIC HUMAN DECENCY. Lazzat fast food has very good chicken shawarmas unique and great in taste. Seating arrangements is quite few but has very good response for take away orders. Felt the shawarmas good and also had chicken biryani which was good in taste. Overall this restaurant could be treated nice for take away orders only.
