If you happen to be around Thousand Lights Mosque, visit this restaurant. If you have never come across Italian cuisine, you should reserve a table and try the menu at Lazy Leopard. This place guarantees you nicely cooked garlic pizza, chicken wings and garlic pizza bread. Try good key lime pie, poached pears and Italian tiramisu. Delicious margaritas or good Sangria are worth a try here. Great dark coffee, hot chocolate or ice tea will make your meal tastier and you'll certainly come back.

The best place to visit for authentic Italian cuisine in Chennai..... All their ingredients are homegrown and taste the best. Wonderful service by the staff. Even though on the expensive side. Totally worth the time, food and experience. My first time at Lazy leopard We started off with an Expresso Zebaglione shot of Espresso with a Tiramisu base and a lady finger cookie. They was the sweet and sugar complemented each other it was great! I loved it can be a coffee and a desser at the same time. Starters we order Hot mess wings, garlic parmesaTarutfo wings, Figcotta sogna and Arancini Di Tartufo Hot mess wings was my favourite, the garlic wings were good but I felt over cooked and too much butter, Figcotta was subtle and nice, Arancini was cheese stuffed fritters served with som tomato base, I liked it! For mains we had - Quartetto Fungi pasta, Carbonara Chorizo and Carciofo Dela Grecia pizza (pizza with olives caper and artichokes) The Fungi was a white sauce pasta with 4 types of mushroom, hard to find all the four mushrooms, the sauce was slightly thin and couldn't taste much flavour in it ! Carbonara Chorizo, had goan sausages I had a few Jeera seeds in my plate wondering where it came from and the Chorizo was not a sausage form it felt like meat cooked with the flavour and added. I wasn't sure if the Jeera in this one and hardly could taste the tomato base. The pizza was great, savoury with olives, capers and artichokes witha Tomato base. I liked it very much! Desserts we ordered Keylime pie and Italian Meringue hot chocolate Key lime pie was amazing I loved it the the crust and flavour of lemon complimented each other. The hot chocolate with Meringue was holiday menu, the Meringue was too salty and did not compliment the hot chocolates flavour, the hot chocolate as it was creamy and rich but together it tasted very off. Coming to the service I would say very poor service, we had to keep calling them to reorder, there wasn't a proactive check on tables. The way the serves the pasta was quite scary in my opinion. We had to call them to serve they did check if they can serve. Ambience is too loud, too many tables cramped in a small space. Food clearly cumalative 3.5 Service 2/5 Ambience 3.5/5 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
