My Name is Naveen Singla. I always using zomato for food and pro member of zomato. I am a vegetarian. Today I ordered a veg Lazeez thali from Lazeez Rasoi from Sector-11, Panchkula. But He send me a non veg Thali to me. I called to restaurant about what I ordered and what he said to me. He denied and told me Sir delivery partner had 2-3 orders more. May be he gave you wrong order. I called him and he Said no Sir I had only 1 order which I delivered to you. After that I message to customer support of zomato. Pinki customer support executive. She said Sir send me photos and video again for confirmation. I send her all the details. She said I am also vegetarian. I gave you Rs.132 refund against this as a apology.what a shame thing for her or zomato. I am a vegetarian. Who’s responsible for that. {Zomato} or {Lazeez Rasoi} ?
