Nice place and I might say heaven for vegans and the food is really nice and atmosphere too the only problem I found about this place is toilet it’s too far from the dining place and needs cleaning for food good but it’s a bit on the expensive side so be be careful about that . The best thing in food is the onion pickles, if you visit this place or about to visit must try. They cook fresh food and taste is also nice, ambience wise I’ll go with 8 out of 10 which is fairly good. But remember it might cost you some fortune. I went to this place recently with my parents and was disappointed with the service.Being one of the few vegetarian places, I thought it would be nice but only to see the lackadaisical approach of the staff there which was upsetting. Some of the young staff was least bothered and was seen eating the refreshments from the tray which was given to the customer. In fact they forgot the order of the couple sitting next to us. The washroom was in pathetic condition. The onion pakoda was red colored and the steam momo was also oily and wasn't prepared well. The hygiene part is left on to you to experience and decide. Because it was tea time we thought of halting there for a bit! The tea was the only good thing. Hope more healthy hygienic vegetarian places come in Darjeeling. Darjeeling’s Delicious Discovery: Lazeez Affaire On our very first day in Darjeeling, we decided to try Lazeez Affaire️, a cozy restaurant located on Mall Road. As expected, it was quite crowded—so keep that in mind when planning your visit. At first, we weren’t entirely sure about the place, but the moment we tasted the food, we were blown away. The flavors were truly lazeez (delicious)! Since it’s on Mall Road, it tends to stay full, so you might have to wait for a table. The service was decent—nothing extraordinary—but the staff was helpful and accommodating. We enjoyed our meal so much that on the second day, we didn’t even think twice before heading back! Although it’s a tiny restaurant, the flavors are laajavaab (exceptional). If you're in Darjeeling and looking for a great dining experience, Lazeez Affaire is definitely worth a visit.
