I am a regular customer of Layla’s green park. This was the first time I ordered from this outlet and to my surprise the food taste and quality didn’t match the expectations. The shawarma chicken was smelling foul while the fried chicken was full of oil and salt. Layla’s should close this outlet if they wish to retain their brand name because this outlet alone will definitely spoil their brand. Absolutely Disappointed – Never Ordering Again! Ordered hummus with roasted chicken from Layla’s Shawarma & Middle Eastern Kitchen, Galleria Market, Gurgaon, and they completely forgot to include the pita bread. I only discovered this after reaching home, which is a good 20 km away. Called the restaurant immediately, and to my utter shock, a person named Mr. Nizrool took the call and started laughing when I explained the issue. This kind of mocking behavior is completely unacceptable and reflects the highly unprofessional and ill-mannered attitude of the staff. Instead of owning up to their mistake and offering any kind of apology or resolution, they laughed it off like a joke. Mr. Nizrool has no place in the hospitality industry – his behaviour was disgraceful and offensive. He should be seriously reprimanded or shown the door. Terrible customer service, pathetic response, and zero accountability. Food may be okay but not worth the treatment you’ll get. Save yourself the hassle and take your money elsewhere. I recently ordered from Layla's Shawarma and Middle Eastern Kitchen and was left disappointed. I tried the chicken shawarma and fries. The shawarma was quite average—nothing memorable or particularly special. The fries, however, were over-the-top salty, to the point where they were almost inedible. When I called the restaurant to address the issue, the staff's response was unhelpful and somewhat odd. Overall, this experience was underwhelming, and I won't be rushing back.
