My Experience at the Hotel The best part about this hotel is definitely the spacious rooms. With the bed-plus-sofa setup, one room can easily accommodate 4–5 people. The rooms are clean and well-equipped with a TV, small almirah, clothes dryer stand, and western-style bathrooms with towels provided. However, I did face some drawbacks—there were no toiletries, no views from the rooms, frequent electricity cuts, and hot water was a big issue during my stay. The reception experience was disappointing. Since the hotel doesn’t have an online booking facility, I had to call directly and pay in advance. On arrival, my booking wasn’t recorded properly, and instead of two rooms, they initially wanted to give me one. Only after insisting did they arrange a second room. Communication between the owner and reception staff seemed very poor, and I was also asked to make full payment at check-in, which felt unusual. On the positive side, the hotel has ample parking space (6–7 cars). There are also some basic amenities like a small swimming pool (not heated), carrom, Marathi books, and Wi-Fi (though not very reliable). Food is available if ordered in advance, and I appreciated that they even let guests use the kitchen for preparing kids’ meals. The kitchen was neat and clean. The staff are polite, but with very limited manpower, I found myself having to follow up multiple times to get things done. Nearby, there are quite a few attractions like Mapro Garden, FunTown (with go-karting, VR, paintball, etc.), Hollywood Wax Museum, Lingmala Waterfall, Cheese Factory, Bhillare Strawberry Farm, and Aves Adventure Park. Overall: It’s a decent place to stay mainly for the spacious rooms, but I really hope they work on their booking process, hot water supply, and staff attentiveness. Service: 2

1. We had a 4 days stay here and booked two rooms. Very clean rooms and washrooms. There are around 15 rooms. 2. There are games like pool table, carrom. 3. Also Bhilar Village is called as "Pustakanche Gaon" which means "The village of books". So you will find different places here having some number and book category written. This hotel is for "Kavita". So at ground floor beside swimming pool, you can see a poem books section. 4. Nitin sir - the owner of the property, Swapnil - The one who is running the business here along with his wife, Vijay Dongre - who makes sure everything is neat and clean. All are very hard working and polite. 5. The location is perfect. You get to enjoy nature and village feel. About 2km from property, you have main road and Venna lake, Mapro garden and other tourist places are also quite nearby. 6. Currently due to less staff, food options are limited, however they are planning to increase staff. Or you can find good food places nearby. We will definitely consider going back here again. Highly recommended place for good, serene, peaceful, clean stay. Service: 4
