Been to Lavonne multiple times before and had decent experiences, but today was just pathetic. I went around 11 AM, and the staff were straight-up unwelcoming from the moment I walked in. The server looked like she absolutely hated her job — no smile, no courtesy, nothing. Worst part? She sneezed while placing my food on the table. I literally felt the particles on my hand. No “sorry,” no “excuse me” — just walked off like that was normal.While I was still eating, she came and tried to take my plate, which clearly had food on it. I told her I wasn’t done. Ten minutes later, another lady staff comes and again tries to clear both mine and my friend’s plates — when there was literally one bite left that she was still eating. I even told them she’s finishing it, but they took the plates anyway. What kind of service is that?And after all that, they have the audacity to charge ₹70 as service charge? Definitely not going back

This is my third visit to Lavonne cafe and I should say they have really delivered on their product and service. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I had a little bit of a disappointment with their Cortado which Goulen ensured and cared enough to be rectified. Kudos to him and the team at Lavonne. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
