Went there for the first time and will be probably for the last time… wish I had read all the negative reviews before going there. I was served ice cold coconut chutney with a rubbery dosa and stale sambhar !!! When I complained to the only single lone waiter there he gave a vague reply that to prevent it from spoiling they had kept it in fridge …. So obviously it is evident that it was probably made much much earlier, probably in the morning and only removed it when I ordered a dosa … aren’t they supposed to make a fresh batch for every customer??? They did not even have the courtesy to come and apologise for the pathetic food. There were No napkins on the table , all cutleries were unwiped. I had to wipe it with my napkin before using it as I was not sure whether it was even cleaned well before placing on the table.. could not wait to get out of there fast .. what a waste of hard earned money!! We clearly mentioned that we want zero spicy main course nd Veg Dum biriyani, they really delivered very less spicy food, which other restaurants are unable to do most of the time, we really liked the food, specially my wife nd my daughter, 5* cheers to Lavanya Veg Restaurant,
