The restaurant Latest Recipe at Le Méridien Jaipur Resort & Spa is an exceptional dining experience that blends luxurious ambiance with outstanding service. The furniture combines modern elegance with a classic touch, making the seating comfortable and the surroundings welcoming. The cutlery was spotless, and the culinary presentation was visually stunning. They offer a wide variety of beverages, enhancing the overall dining experience. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast, which had an extensive spread with many vegetarian options, a local Rajasthani food counter, and vegan dishes on demand. While lunch, dinner, and high tea buffets are offered based on occupancy, the live food stalls were fantastic. The highlight of our experience was the team’s personalized service. We had a special lunch organized by the team when we wanted something lighter, and they beautifully arranged a table just for me and my wife. Their attention to detail made our meal intimate and memorable. I cannot thank the staff enough, especially Mr. Rahul Sharma Ji, Mr. Naveen Pal, Mr. Nirmal (Chef), Miss Madhushree, Miss Nikita, Miss Manisha (Executive) , Mr. Lokesh Sodha , and Mr. Lalit (Manager), who went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful time. We were even honored to meet the Executive Chef, Mr. Arun Awasthi, who oversees this fantastic operation. Adding to the unique experience was a live Rajasthani music performance by Mr. Devilal Ji during breakfast, making the meal all the more delightful. Though the prices are slightly higher than what I usually prefer, they are justified by the portion sizes, quality, and the overall experience. For anyone visiting, I highly recommend experiencing Latest Recipe—the food, service, and ambiance will leave you with unforgettable memories. Pathetic Food. Went for Dinner Buffet. I think they don't even know the basic preparations. Not worth being here. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹1,800–2,000
