We recently tried the restaurant Latest Recipe at Le Meredian , Calangute Goa, and had a truly wonderful experience. A big part of that was thanks to our servers, Rajat Shubhra and Mutsolu. Rajat was extremely well-versed with every detail of the menu and guided us perfectly through the new dishes. His dynamic nature and vast experience really stood out and made the dining experience smooth and enjoyable. Mutsolu greeted us with a warm smile and was incredibly gracious throughout our visit. Her warmth and hospitality added a very personal touch to our evening and they both made us feel genuinely welcome. Together, they created the perfect balance of professionalism and friendliness. Thanks to both Rajat and Mutsolu, our experience was elevated, and we would highly recommend visiting this restaurant and asking for Rajet, not only the food but also the amazing service. Best, V.
