To be honest, this is the worst place I've ever been, mainly because of the staff. I don't know the guy's name, but I'm sure he crossed the line. He's a young man with a thick beard. If you let him stay, you will definitely lose customers. I would like to explain the matter further, but it would take too long. The first time I went, I spent 15 minutes in the shop just to pay for a 10-rupee packed drink. When I revisited, I had the same experience with the same guy. He was in a hurry, and I was confused about which drink to choose. He rushed me for no reason, and I left frustrated. In contrast, the other guy was very calm and helped me pay the owner. Shame on you for providing very inferior quality products at a time when the competition is tough. We bought some snacks like banana chips, tapioca chips and plum cakes for Christmas i had doubts about the quality of your products but during my childhood days you guys made the tastiest plum cakes i ever had but now the cake is too dry and we couldn't eat it at all and the banana chips and tapioca chips were the worst ‍ do you guys even taste what you are selling How can you make such simple food items the worst. If this is the attitude you follow you will soon go out of business there are a lot of good bakeries in kannanalloor even though the price is high thry don't sell shits like you do.
