we deeply regret for such an occurance , but trust, the rider came very late from our preparation, almost 25 mins. late as Zomato couldn't find a rider. We have kept your Lassi in deep fridge and ice cream and chocolate syrup was adequately given but time delay has spoiled the real taste. In future after arrival of Zomato rider we will mark ready for Lassi with ice cream ,even late food handover is shown. Thanks and assuring our best services. Our contact no 8777586259
