"I visited Downtown recently to order the loaded chicken, but the experience left me disappointed. Despite clearly stating my preference for the regular loaded chicken, the owner immediately upsold me to the spicy version without listening. I was handed a receipt for the spicy chicken loaded, with the owner claiming they had 'improved the taste quality.' Unfortunately, I don’t enjoy the spicy version—it’s just loaded with chili powder, which ends up causing heartburn. My advice for next time: please respect what the customer orders. Price increased to RS 300 instead of RS 190. All quality and quantity is less now, please avoid this profit making store. It is very unfair price. Instead of increasing with same quantity they reduced RS 40 with half of the quantity.
