Visited today, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. We had to wait over 40 minutes for the food to be served, which is simply not acceptable, even during rush hours. What made it worse was that the manager or owner didn’t bother to communicate or even acknowledge the delay. A little courtesy would have gone a long way. One of the items I ordered was missing, and without informing me, it was replaced with another dish. This is not just unprofessional, but also shows a lack of regard for the customer's choice. The food taste was genuinely awful — and I say this calmly, not out of anger or frustration. It just lacked flavor and quality, which made the entire wait even more disappointing. The only slightly redeeming factor was that the pricing was reasonable for a place in Koramangala. But given the poor service, mismanagement, and below-average food, this was definitely my last visit to The Clay Hut. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹800–1,000
