I’m really disappointed with my recent order. I paid an extra ₹40 for a cheese dip, but it was not included in the delivery. On top of that, your delivery policy is frustrating and the customer care service is even worse — no one responds or resolves the issue. It’s unacceptable to charge for something and not deliver it, and even more disappointing when there’s no way to get support. I expect a refund or compensation for the missing item and better service moving forward. Service: Delivery Price per person: ₹200–400

Dine in experience was not good because air conditioners were not working and the table was shaking.....number of staff were very less ....place was in mess....alot although staff was on their toes and tried to help as much as possible...but not at a good experience....food was good no complaint on that.... Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
