The management and service here are horrible. I paid via Swiggy Dineout and showed the payment receipt clearly mentioning Landmark Restaurant Veg Diet, Malad West. Despite this, the waiter kept insisting that we had not paid. When the manager intervened, instead of handling the situation professionally, he insulted us and implied we were lying or trying to scam them. He threatened us to make the payment again. He even said “yeh (online receipt) toh koi bhi dikha sakta hai” and accused us of entering the wrong restaurant name. After about five minutes, their own system updated and showed the payment had gone through. The waiter confirmed they had received it. There was still no apology, no acknowledgment of their mistake, and zero accountability for the rude and insulting behaviour. The food itself was average and forgettable. Nothing bad, but nothing that makes up for how poorly customers are treated. 3/5 for food, at most. Being treated like a scammer when you have done nothing wrong is unacceptable. Horrible management and extremely unprofessional attitude. Would not recommend. Don’t visit. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Pathetic place....Just want to ensure inconvinence is not faced by others..Paneer Tikka masala Starter was stale and not hot..When I asked the captian, he took the remaining piece in the unserved plate reheated and got it back.Fresh lime soda dint had the fizz and when asked said because it is cold, fizz is not there.Trust me not worth the money
