Doing this langcha review for all the Sweet shops of Saktigarh along the NH2. Ghee fried langcha @INR 10 tastes good. The sweetness is quite balanced. Flavour of ghee is there alongwith the elaichi seed. Overall good balance of flavours.Will give 4 out of 5.. PS: Recommended for langcha.
