Visitors don't highly appreciate juice at Lala Bakes. Many people find that the staff is attentive here. Prompt service is a strong point that plays a great role for the success of this place. The homey atmosphere gladdens people and attracts more guests. But a number of clients who use Google didn't give this spot a high rating.

We asked multiple times for the price of adding an additional patty to the burger, but the staff kept pretending they didn’t know. Later, when the bill arrived, we were charged the price of two full burgers for just adding an extra patty. This feels unfair, misleading, and quite disappointing. Clear communication and transparent pricing are basic expectations.

We recently visited the bakery in kalpatta called Lala Bakes and order pineapple juice , Veg sandwich and a tea, we are travelling from ernakulam , its a very bad to say about their serviece we got parts of fly from very first sip of juice, that they freshly made.Its not about complaining we just informed them they are trying to explain. Just a humble reminder for customers . Not a brand matter, what serve matters when its come to Restaurants / Bakes
