I had an amazing experience at Lal Qila. The food was absolutely delicious — especially the Irani Tikka, which was good flavor and cooked perfectly. Good service and nice ambience. Service: Dine in Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Ordered two chicken noodles and one veg noodles at 1:04 pm as parcel as per the bill in the above photo and received the food at 1:47pm ( nearly 43 min late ) event though we particularly asked before ordering how much time it’ll take since it’s noodles and they told us a max of 10 min , That’s the only reason why we ordered in the first hand. The service was very bad when we asked about the time being this much late by just brushing it off telling it’s bcoz it’s noodles . I haven’t been to any restaurants where the waiting time exceeds more than 20 minutes . I casually checked the location which I’m heading to in Swiggy to see how much time it’ll take and it showed 25-30 min for the food to reach the location ( note that the time is not for preparing the food but to reach the location ). Too much bad service and just average food. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I recently visited LalQila Restaurant in Karunagappally and had a great experience overall. Although there was a waiting time of about 25 minutes, it was worth it. The food was very good, fresh, and tasted excellent. The quality and flavors were impressive. This is a highly recommended restaurant for anyone looking to enjoy delicious meals in the area.
