Incredible hotel with a big, cozy and very clean rooms, large comfortable bed and nice view to the garden. Not far from the city centre and main road, still, very quiet and in a good neighbourhood. The rooms are just like in the picture. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Restaurant has a nice choice of Indian dishes, which turned out to be little too spicy for me. For breakfast they only serve omelette, parathas and fruits everyday, those were delicious but I think the choice could be extended a bit. Anyway, it was awesome stay, highly recommend! Service: 5

“Unacceptable Behavior by Front Desk Staff” I recently had a very unsettling experience with the staff at this establishment, particularly Ajay Sharma at the front desk. I witnessed him making derogatory remarks towards female guests, which was completely unprofessional and inappropriate. Such behavior creates an uncomfortable atmosphere and reflects poorly on the establishment as a whole. I strongly urge management to take immediate action to address this issue, whether through retraining or reassessing this individual’s position. This kind of behaviour should never be tolerated, and I hope management will work to ensure a respectful environment for all guests. Service: 1
