Lakshmi Venkateswara Mess on Sathnur Highway is a great spot for biryani lovers. We tried two mutton biryanis, and the taste was really good—flavorful and satisfying. The biryani comes with chutney, one boiled egg, and tender mutton pieces. However, the meat could be cooked a little more for a perfect texture. At ₹180 per plate, the mutton biryani is worth the price. The place has an old-fashioned look, but the quality of food makes up for it. It is located in front of SBI and near Trends, towards the left side of the highway. On Sundays, it gets heavily crowded, which speaks for its popularity. Overall, it's a great place for a tasty and affordable meal. Note: People might say it's not hygienic, but the hotel is old, and that's just how it is. It's not a 3- or 5-star place. By looking at it, you can decide whether you want to eat there or not. If hygiene is a concern for you, I wouldn't recommend eating there. But don't eat there and then complain about hygiene.
