This Chinese food van is an absolute gem and has quickly become my favorite lunchtime destination. The overall experience is consistently great — the service is prompt, the staff is warm and attentive, and the food is always freshly prepared and served piping hot. One of the most impressive aspects is the extensive menu. Whether you’re craving something familiar like fried rice or chowmein, or something more indulgent like Chilly Chicken or Manchurian, there’s something for everyone. They also offer a solid range of vegetarian and vegan dishes, which shows they’ve thoughtfully catered to a wide audience. What truly won me over is their Singapore Chowmein. It’s hands down one of the best I’ve had from a street food vendor. The noodles are cooked perfectly — not soggy, not dry — and tossed in a beautifully balanced, mildly spicy sauce that delivers a flavorful kick without overwhelming the palate. The dish is loaded with crunchy vegetables, a hint of sweetness, and just the right amount of heat. The smoky wok-tossed flavor comes through in every bite, which makes it incredibly satisfying.
