Every item we tried was packed with flavor and prepared fresh. * Chaat Items: From the classic Pani Puri (with perfectly crisp puris and flavorful water) to the tangy Dahi Puri and the hearty Aloo Tikki Chaat, everything was spot on. The balance of sweet, sour, spicy, and savory is masterfully achieved. You can tell they use fresh ingredients and authentic spices. * Kulcha: A Must-Try! Seriously, the Kulcha here is phenomenal. It's perfectly soft yet slightly crispy, with a delicious stuffing (we tried the paneer and aloo varieties, both excellent) and served with rich chole and tangy pickles.
