We had a mixed experience at LaSabroso, Madhapur. The place was clearly overbooked due to poor coordination by the management, which initially created inconvenience and delayed our seating despite having a reservation. However, I want to specifically highlight Gautam for turning the situation around. He went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable, handled everything professionally, and provided genuinely attentive service throughout our visit. Thanks to him, what started off as a frustrating experience ended on a positive note. The food was enjoyable, and Gautam’s hospitality definitely made the difference.
